New Year New Me

     New year has come again.I thank God we reach this new year again. In many cultures, the event is celebrated in some manner.Celebrating New Year's Day is one of the oldest and most-exciting customs around the world.
        Since this festival marks the beginning of the year, New Year's Day is thought of as a perfect time for a "clean start" or New Year's resolutions. People worldwide resolve to act better in the year just beginning than in the year just ended.So, for me as a simple girl I would like to change my bad attitudes. And most of all I will strive more in my studies so that I can get more high grades in my different subject areas.During weekends I will always help my mother in doing household chores in our house. 
         So,this yea 2013 these are the things that I would like to change in my daily life.In order to fulfill  these resolutions I will always pray to our dear Savior Jesus Christ. 

Essence of Christmas

    
         Every December 25th each year, Christians observe a religious festival known as "Christmas". It has become so popular, that virtually all nations now observe that day as a public holiday to mark the birth of Jesus Christ.Christmas means different things to different folks, but what is the true essence of celebrating the birth of Christ?

        Jesus Christ is the reason for celebrating Christmas. It is generally believed that he was born on that fateful day in a manger because there was no room for him in the whole of Bethlehem. We ourselves have a responsibility to show love to others especially at Christmas. Love is the true essence of life because it embodies all the Jesus Christ represents.Christmas is a period of sharing things with those you love. Some folks share food, gifts or other things that can bring joy to others. It is common to see people sharing Christmas cards filled with messages of encouragement.Forgiveness is one of the fundamental of true love and during this festive season, reconciliation normally occurs. Families that were otherwise divided come together as one. Disputes are settled and reconciliation is achieve 

        So this christmas let's give one another love and peace...

Equal Rights Equal Opportunities

    Genuine equality between women and men, girls and boys can only be realised in the process of a just, fair and humane transformation of our society as a whole. There's need for us to unite and enable women to take their rightful place in production and political activity to improve their economic and political status.There is need to educate ourselves and others to take a more correct view of women and to actively redress the injustices done to women in all our institutions the Church, state and family.
       Women are a backbone of our families and play major roles in our economy, especially in rural areas. The life and health of women are of central importance to the future development of our nation.This being the case, the calls for the true empowering of women to enable them to participate in decision making in our society need to be heeded.Women bring special gifts to the progress of our country. If they are not listened to and are discriminated against, then we simply will not have sustainable and equitable progress.
And men should be more involved in promoting women's rights. Advancement will not go very far unless women and girls are enabled to enjoy the same rights and opportunities as men and boys.
Women must be represented at decision-making levels in both economics and politics, to sustainably achieve development goals.
       Clearly, woman is the protector of humankind. But she is the creator of humanity - of humanness and humaneness  as well, in a specific manner all her own: in the delicacy of her service, her limitless self-donation, her affective and effective contact with the people, and that compassion of hers that simply will not rationalise the suffering of the poor.Woman is the creator of a courage that will never abandon the suffering. Woman is more defenceless physically. This fact points out the singular barbarity of their being subjected to domestic violence and to the criminal activities of rapists. .

Responding Climate Change

         Climate change is already having dramatic effects on forests, natural resources and people's livelihoods. During the past century... Poor people in developing countries are particularly exposed to the effects of climate change, not least because they often live and work in the very areas where natural disasters most often occur: flood plains, mountainsides and deltas.
     We face two major challenges. We must reduce the vulnerability of those sectors which are most sensitive to climate variability, namely forests, energy and water resources. And we must 'climate proofing' future development activities. Most countries have already defined adaptation plans or projects, but few are considering forests in adaptation. We need to include forests in climate change adaptation policies for two reasons:
     Our twin goals are to ensure that forestry policy and practice adequately address the need to protect forest-dependent livelihoods from adverse climate change and to ensure that adaptation strategies adequately incorporate improved forest management

How’s my 2^nd grading??

              As I traveled 1^st grading period many lessons I’ve learned in all subject areas like T.L.E many lessons I’ve learned.

              This 2^nd grading period I encounter many lesson that was taught by our practice teacher. I think its harder than 1^st grading period. This grading period I am continuing making blogs. I encountered problems like the activities that we’ve done because it was my 1^st time to make this activities.

             In this problems I encountered, I face and solve this by making questions to my classmates. I keep on asking to them how to make our activities and thank god they help me in making my activities.

             Moving on I will do better in my studies and I will study hard so that I can gain more knowledge. I will read my lessons so that further knowledge I can reach in my lessons specially in computer

   Education is very important it is the key of us to success.But who give us education???
   In school our teachers our mothers .They are teaching us.They help us in different ways they can.
even though the blood that flows in our veins are different they are always there for us.Our teachers are one
of our heroes.They share their knowledge to us so that we will have a better future in our life.They are the one who sacrifices themselves.We also consider teachers as our best friend because we can tell to them our
problems and they give advices to us.We thank God we have teachers like them.They are always there to teach us not only in different subject areas but also in good characteristics of people.My teacher my hero because without them  there were no nurses,engineers,policeman and many more......... 

Scientricity

                Everyone of us knows science. What are the things that we can get or learn in science? It is important? What things it can give to our mind?

               To us student, science is very familiar to us, we are studying  it everyday, it is one of our subject. In science we can learn about energy. Energy  make use body to do our task everyday, w/o energy we cant go to school and our family didn’t go to work. It is very important to us. All of us need energy in our body. People should sustain and conserve energy.

               So as a student, I sustain my energy by using it in good way, I will not use my energy in not so important way.
